AMOR VINCIT OMNIA

In many Muslim cultures, when you want to ask them how they’re doing, you ask: in Arabic, Kayf haal-ik? or, in Persian, Haal-e shomaa chetoreh? How is yourhaal?
What is this haal that you inquire about? It is the transient state of one’s heart. In reality, we ask, “How is your heart doing at this very moment, at this breath?” When I ask, “How are you?” that is really what I want to know.
I am not asking how many items are on your to-do list, nor asking how many items are in your inbox. I want to know how your heart is doing, at this very moment. Tell me. Tell me your heart is joyous, tell me your heart is aching, tell me your heart is sad, tell me your heart craves a human touch. Examine your own heart, explore your soul, and then tell me something about your heart and your soul.
Tell me you remember you are still a human being, not just a human doing. Tell me you’re more than just a machine, checking off items from your to-do list. Have that conversation, that glance, that touch. Be a healing conversation, one filled with grace and presence.
Put your hand on my arm, look me in the eye, and connect with me for one second. Tell me something about your heart, and awaken my heart. Help me remember that I too am a full and complete human being, a human being who also craves a human touch.

SOMETHING REALLY MOVING WERE THOSE ABOVE LINES  THAT I READ WHICH I FELT WAS WORTH FOR THIS TIME'S BLOG . FOR LOVE IS COMPASSIONATE TO THE WHOLE WORLD , ENGAGE YOURSELF TO SOMETHING OLD THIS TIME , THE OLDEN WAYS OF SENDING LOVE LETTERS ........

Love letters Sent from viewpoint of the mailbox,

Unlike these days of everything set in motion with predictability . Those were golden days of adrenaline rush , excitement , eternal hope , raging emotions spinning against unending waits . Waiting for a piece of letter that came crossing miles. It's true people still appreciate the fact and the very concept of writing letters : love letters . In my childhood days my teacher narrated us a story about pen lovers how they grew their bond over letters and how everything was real, transparent , honest and feelings were always deep .

This depth wasn't framed with a smile or love at first sight , but built on strong grounds . The simple token of writing to each other about the very same mundane , expected and happy things with  closeness and warmth . With every new letter that arrived the bond grew stronger and better . The foundation was the two people themselves .

I have always loved , believed in the concept of letters . I keep writing to my near and dear ones . when two lovers lived in a state of no freedom and acceptance , all they could have sustained on could have been that fresh paper that came inside their mailbox . Well that was sustenance for them .

When he needed comfort and had nothing around
He looked and relaxed at her handwriting
When those words echoed loud
Their emotions they were proud .
They had the best time expressing
She loved the shiny ,new touch and smell of the new letter
Holding it along her chest
And then vorfreude !
A leap of faith , joy , and love .
Not giving up on each other , holding each other , in every word of their letters.
This was tender and precious love !

ALWAYS ,
